Right to return
Within 14 days from receiving the goods, the customer has the right to notify us of their intention to return the product by completing the return form provided below.
The returned product must be in new condition: without signs of use or damage and обязательно — in its original, undamaged packaging.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer (maximum up to 10 € in accordance with VÕS §194 (4)), except in cases where the product was delivered with a defect (for example, a damaged bottle or faulty spray mechanism) or does not correspond to the order.
AROMAT OÜ undertakes to refund the payment within 5 working days after receiving the returned goods and verifying their condition.
Special Conditions for Decants and Custom Orders
Products in the decant category (individual perfume decanting) are prepared personally according to the customer's order.
If a decant order has already been prepared (the fragrance has been transferred into an atomizer), such product is considered a custom-made item and is not eligible for return or exchange.
Order cancellation is only possible if the decant has not yet been prepared for shipment.
Return Restrictions
Please note:
- Cosmetic products and perfumes with opened packaging are not eligible for return.
- Products for which the fact of use cannot be determined (for example, samples and testers) cannot be returned.
- Custom-made products (including prepared decants) are not eligible for return.

Dispute Resolution
The customer has the right to обратиться to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority if the value of the product exceeds 20 €. Complaints are reviewed free of charge.
