Right to return
Within 14 days of receiving the goods, the customer has the right to notify us of the intention to return the item by filling out the return form provided below.
The returned product must be in new condition: unused, undamaged, and in its original unopened packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (up to a maximum of €10 in accordance with VÕS §194 lg 4), unless the reason for the return is a defective product (e.g., damaged sprayer, broken cap) or a shipping error.
AROMAT OÜ will refund the payment within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Please note: Opened cosmetic and perfume products are not eligible for return. It is also not possible to return items where usage cannot be determined, such as samples or testers.
For complaints, please contact us by email at info@molecule.ee. Describe the issue clearly and include your contact details. We will respond within 3 business days.
If the item costs more than €20, the customer has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection Board. Complaints are reviewed free of charge.
