Claims regarding orders
Dear customers, we strive to provide the highest quality service and careful processing of each order. Please check the contents and condition of your parcel immediately upon receipt.
1. Quantity and order contents
- missing fragrance,
- wrong item included,
- contents do not match the order.
Please notify us within 1–2 days of delivery.
2. Condition of goods
- damaged bottle (cracks, chips, leakage),
- damaged or opened packaging.
It is important to document the damage (photo/video) and inform us within 2 days.
3. Shelf life and quality
- expired or near-expiry product,
- doubts about authenticity or quality.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
4. Description mismatch
- bottle volume does not match the order,
- a different design/series was sent,
- missing promised samples or gift packaging.
Claims are accepted within 1–2 days.
5. Delivery errors
- delivery to the wrong address,
- delay in express delivery (if agreed separately).
6. Financial discrepancies
- incorrect payment amount,
- discount not applied,
- problems with refund after order cancellation.
