Order and Storage Terms

📦 Pre-order items and samples

Pre-order items and samples are specially made or ordered for the customer and must be paid 100% in advance when placing the order.

The storage period for such orders in the shop is 1 month from the moment of arrival.

If the order is not collected within 1 month or is returned to us by the delivery service, it will be cancelled without refund.

If a parcel is returned by the delivery service, reshipping is possible only after the customer pays the additional shipping costs within 7 calendar days.
