Right to return
Within 14 days from the moment of receiving the product, the customer must notify us of their intention to return the item by completing the provided return form below.
The returned item must be in a new condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
When returning the product, the customer is responsible for shipping costs (up to a maximum of 10 €, according to VÕS §194 lg 4), except in cases where the reason for the return is an incorrect order or a defect (such as a malfunctioning sprayer, damaged cap, etc.).
AROMAT OÜ company refunds the customer's funds within 5 business days after receiving the product.
Cosmetics and perfumery products in opened packaging are not eligible for return. Also, returns are not accepted for items whose usage (or non-usage) cannot be determined, such as fragrance samples, testers.
Any complaints should be directed to the email address: info@molecule.ee. In your email, we recommend providing a detailed description of the basis for your complaint, as well as including your contact information. We will get in touch with you within 3 business days.
The customer has the right to contact the Consumer Protection Department in the dispute resolution committee if the value of the product exceeds 20 € (the committee considers complaints free of charge).
