That object is what Elie Saab wanted the design of the bottle to be based on.

After the 20 sketches, the final design has been approved by the head of the company. After that, perfumer Francis Kurkjan had to paperweight the aromatic liquid as Elie Saab wanted it to match the pastel shades of the container. The fragrance was released in 2011.
